When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within two business days. Delivery within the US typically takes 4 to 8 business days once shipped. You will receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard shipping is complimentary on all US orders. Express options are available at checkout, with the cost shown before you confirm.
Do you ship internationally?
At present we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international delivery in the future.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
Unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. Pieces should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once received.
How do I track my order?
Every order includes a tracking link, sent by email at dispatch. You can follow your parcel from the Track My Order Page on our website.
Can I amend my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Email customercare@lawrencejacob.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will help where we can.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We are sorry if something is not right. Email customercare@lawrencejacob.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph, and we will arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
