Terms of Service
These terms set out the basis on which you may use the Lawrence Jacob website and buy from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Billing Terms.
Using the store
You are welcome to browse and buy from Lawrence Jacob for your own lawful, personal use. You agree not to misuse the site, disrupt how it works, or use it for any unlawful purpose. To place an order, you must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
Products & pricing
We take care to describe our pieces and to show their colours faithfully, though no screen renders them perfectly, so slight variation is to be expected. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may be adjusted at any time before an order is placed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to limit quantities, and to decline or cancel an order where necessary, for example where a piece was listed at a clearly incorrect price or is no longer available. Where we cancel an order that has already been paid for, you will be refunded in full.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy from us. The email you receive confirms that your order has reached us, but a binding contract is formed only once we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout, through our payment provider. By submitting your order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method chosen. Fuller detail on charging, currency, and refunds is set out in our Billing Terms.
Shipping & returns
Delivery, and the return or exchange of items, are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site, from the wording and imagery to the crest, our other marks, and the design itself, belongs to Lawrence Jacob or is used with permission. None of it may be copied, reproduced, or used elsewhere without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
So far as the law allows, Lawrence Jacob is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from any item purchased, beyond the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you hold under law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one published on this page, dated above.
